When I first started out in mental health, some 32 years ago, I worked in what I still consider to be the best and most rewarding experience of my mental health career. I was privileged to be a staff member at the New Frontier Club (NFC) in Everett, WA. NFC was a true clubhouse program based on Fountain House in New York City.
